Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to promote merchant payment solutions to existing and prospective customers
- Assist customers with onboarding activities, both onsite and offsite, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Provide clear, accurate, and concise information regarding merchant solutions, products, and services
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable merchant payment solutions accordingly
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and service delivery
- Ensure all onboarding documentation and processes are completed accurately and in compliance with internal guidelines
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, application status, and activation processes in a timely manner
- Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, merchant acquiring, or banking-related roles is good to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client engagement activities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
