Sales Merchandiser

RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandising

• Check product expiry and ensure all products are well-stocked in assigned outlets.
• Ensure all products are well displayed using FIFO principles.
• Ensure Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and price cards are placed correctly in assigned outlets.
• Provide support to Food Service (FS) outlets as required.
• Replenish shelves and maintain product visibility to support sales performance.

Sales Operations

• Monitor pricing and inventory levels to keep them in line with sales performance.
• Execute sales plans and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Provide regular feedback on sales performance, store displays, and competitor activities to the reporting officer/manager.
• Identify and secure additional secondary displays whenever opportunities arise.
• Negotiate favourable terms for campaigns, including space buys and promotional charges
• Perform any duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/ HOD.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary school education.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and merchandising experience in the FMCG industry.
• Basic merchandising skills.
• Self-motivated and initiative-driven.
• Good Communication skills and team player.
