EBUY is a fresh produce wholesaler providing one-stop supply solutions to the food and beverage (F&B) industry in Singapore. We work closely with restaurants, cafes and food operators to deliver reliable products and services.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's customer base in the F&B sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including restaurants, cafes and catering businesses
Identify new business opportunities and oversee customer acquisition
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, warehouse and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
Handle major customer negotiations and resolve escalated sales-related issues
Minimum diploma or degree in business, sales or a related field
Proven experience in a sales managerial or senior sales role
Experience in F&B, fresh produce, wholesale, distribution or related industries will be an advantage
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales team effectively
Results-driven with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
