This is a dynamic, all-encompassing role. You will independently manage all in-house marketing activities, nurture existing client accounts, pursue new B2B partnerships, and drive revenue through proactive follow-up sales. You must be comfortable working autonomously and wearing multiple hats.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In-House Marketing
. Plan, create, and execute all marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, email, website, print collateral, events).
. Manage and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications.
. Produce or coordinate the production of marketing materials including product photography briefs, copywriting, and promotional assets.
. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimise based on data insights.
. Manage the company website content and ensure it is up to date and SEO-optimised.
. Coordinate marketing budgets, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
Follow-Up Sales & Client Management
. Own and manage the full sales pipeline - from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
. Conduct timely follow-up on all leads, inquiries, proposals, and outstanding quotations.
. Maintain a structured CRM system to track all sales activities and client interactions.
. Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
. Prepare professional sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
B2B Business Development
. Identify and actively pursue new B2B opportunities - corporate clients, event planners, hospitality partners, retailers, and lifestyle brands.
. Develop and pitch customised partnership or bulk order proposals to corporate prospects.
. Attend relevant trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to represent the brand.
. Negotiate and manage corporate accounts, pricing agreements, and ongoing business relationships.
. Collaborate with the owner/director to align B2B strategy with overall business goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
. Proven track record in B2B sales and client relationship management.
. Experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns independently.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
. Highly organised with strong time management and follow-through.
. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent design tools isa plus.
. Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)preferred.
NICE TO HAVE
. Background in lifestyle, F&B, events, or creative industries.
. Experience with corporate gifting, hampers, or retail merchandising.
. Basic Mandarin / Chinese communication skills.
. SEO knowledge and Google Analytics proficiency.
. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo,or similar).
. Photography or basic videography skills for content creation.
