- Position : Sales & Marketing Manager

- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + 7-14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development efforts to secure corporate advertisers for sponsored paper lunchbox campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B brand owners, advertisers, and business partners
- Pitch customised advertising solutions and sponsorship opportunities to prospective clients
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase sponsorship revenue and market presence
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities within the F&B and advertising space
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare sales reports to track revenue and partnerships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising, media sales, or sponsorship partnerships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, independent, and confident in client-facing environments
- Able to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively
- Experience working with F&B, advertising, or corporate clients will be an advantage
- Strong network of business contacts will be a plus
- Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
