Responsibilities
- Drive sales of aircraft interior products and retrofit solutions globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers and partners.
- Lead a team in creating winning commercial proposals and managing contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at industry events and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Provide market insights to support product development and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
- 8+ years in aerospace, with 4+ years in customer-facing commercial roles.
- Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft interiors (seats, galleys, lavatories, monuments) and commercial aircraft platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
