Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and related industries.
• Oversee the preparation of technical-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business (Mechanical/Process background preferred).
• Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical equipment sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong track record in selling Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, or other process equipment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and deliver measurable results.
