Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Singapore. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, leading marketing campaigns, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer engagement. The role will also involve market research to identify trends and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and client relationship management
• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and campaign management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Avionics or Aerospace industry trends is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields is preferred
