About the Opportunities

Lindian Resources is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to be based in Singapore. This is a pivotal commercial role responsible for developing market strategy, securing offtake opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships within the rare earths market.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, technical teams and external stakeholders to develop Lindian's market presence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage regional commercial marketing and sales activities for Lindian's Monazite Concentrate and MREC product across Asia
  • Identify, target and secure offtake agreements and strategic partnerships with rare earth processors, refiners, traders and end-users
  • Assist with developing and implementing regional sales strategies to maximise offtake terms, revenue and market penetration
  • Build and manage relationships with end users, traders, processors and downstream customers
  • Monitor rare earth and critical minerals markets, pricing trends and competitor activity, providing intelligence reports
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and market intelligence reports
  • Support branding, communications and market positioning initiatives in collaboration with leadership
  • Establish Lindian's brand and market presence across the global market
  • Represent Lindian Resources at industry events, conferences and customer meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Australia, Project (Malawi) and Production (Kazakhstan)

About You

You'll bring:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Proven sales and business development experience, ideally within rare earths, critical minerals, mining, commodities or related industrial markets
  • Demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of global rare earth supply chains and customer requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
