Key Duties:
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Airlines, Conventions, Casino etc)
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
Targets:
- Monthly sales revenue target
- New client acquisition target
- Conversion rate
2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Key Duties:
- Manage and grow new and existing customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with key clients
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
- Upsell and cross-sell product range (e.g. new SKUs, premium items)
3. MARKET DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY
Key Duties:
- Identify new market segments and opportunities
- Monitor competitors and pricing trends
- Provide market feedback to management
- Support expansion into new product lines
4. MARKETING & BRANDING
Key Duties:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Coordinate promotions, events, and product launches
- Work with design/marketing team on: Catalogues/Flyers/Social media content
- Ensure consistent brand positioning
5. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & PRESENTATION
Key Duties:
- Maintain strong understanding of product range (e.g. food items, specialty imports) Pricing structure and Unique selling points (USP)
- Conduct product presentations / tastings for clients
6. SALES REPORTING & ANALYTICS
Key Duties:
- Track and report: Sales performance vs target Pipeline status and Customer activity
- Maintain CRM / sales records
- Provide weekly updates to management
