Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, and offline channels to boost enrolment and brand visibility.
  • Manage and grow our Language Centre & Educational Mobile App user base through targeted campaigns.
  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with schools, institutions, and educational organizations locally and across ASEAN countries.
  • Plan and implement promotional events, workshops, and webinars to engage potential students and partners.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing and sales performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, including content for social media, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required in order to communicate effectively with key clients clients and stakeholders, as well as to create marketing content tailored for Chinese-speaking market.
  • Experience in ASEAN markets and cross-border partnerships is a plus.
