About the role
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at CRISS - CROSS (S) PTE LTD. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Woodlands West North Region of Singapore, playing a crucial part in driving sales growth and achieving our business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services
Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to potential customers
Negotiating and closing sales deals effectively
Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and insights
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
Meeting monthly sales target
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities and performance
What we're looking for:
Singaporean Citizens
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the relevant industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
Proficient in using sales-related software and technology
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development
Possessing strong sales knowledge in the LOGISTICS FIELD is definitely an added advantage
