SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

He/She needs to respond to reservation requests from customers, travel agents, and referral networks via various platforms. He/She is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining records promptly. Records must be in line with guests booking confirmation.
. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products

. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available

. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by client and management

. Persist in sales even in the face of failure

. Makes product appeal to the target market

. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies

. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses

. Maintaining client relations

. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales target

. Creating and presenting sales performance reports

. Conducting market research on rival products.

. Perform all other duties assigned by immediate superior and/or management.
