We are a freight forwarder with presence in S.E.Asia and connected to global networks. Currently expanding our sales force and developing regular trade lanes and widening our coverage towards the Asia Pacific region and beyond. Established since 2016 we have grown steadily and we are starting the next phase of expansion. We are seeking sales persons who has experience in the relevant industry to join an expanding company.
Job Description:
- Hunter and farmer role to secure, sustain and grow customer base.
- To focus or identify common commodity and trade lanes among customers.
- With the objective to add to existing and develop new consolidations.
- Assess customers needs to offer innovative and alternate solutions.
- Work across departments to unify and strengthen competitiveness.
- Prepare and present effectively to secure interest of customers
- Prepare and present effectivtly to secure overseas agents colloboration.
- Compile and analyse data to present market conditions and strategies to the Head of sales
- Travel to attned overseas network confernces and attend at trade fairs.
The Candidate:

- A Diploma or Degree holder.
- With at least 1-3 years experience in Sales Role in freight forwarding industry.
- Has a good understanding of shipper's requirement.
- Or the ability to learn and apply knowledge essential to secure new businesses.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dateline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to harness inter-department parameters and work in harmony as be part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities to achieve maximum productivity.
- Abiliity to follow up with on-going shipments effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present effectively in network sessions
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Five day work week.
- Basic salary + commission + AWS and quarterly performance bonus.
