Role Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive drives B2C revenue through digital channels by converting online enquiries into confirmed automotive package sales.
This role manages customer leads, supports digital marketing and SEO initiatives,
and delivers a seamless customer experience across all online touchpoints in Singapore's automotive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing for commercial vehicle maintenance packages and spare parts
- Manage inbound enquiries from website, social media, WhatsApp, hotline and other online channels
- Follow up leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable automotive solutions
- Prepare quotations, support project costing, confirm bookings, and coordinate handover to operations
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales tracking records
- Review enquiry and spare parts data to optimize follow-up actions and improve sales performance
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Assist in planning and executing trade events, campaigns, and promotions
- Support digital marketing, website content, landing page optimization, and campaign tracking
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Contribute to social media content, short-form videos, and influencer initiatives (advantage)

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 13 years B2C sales or marketing experience (automotive/services preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
- Good understanding of digital marketing and basic SEO
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM exposure an advantage
- Able to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
- Experience with social media, short-form video, or online leads is a plus
- Singaporean and Permanent Resident are preferred
