In this role, you will develop new business, manage key accounts, and drive revenue for mission-critical solutions such asmedical-grade diagnostic displays,disc publishing / archiving systems, andprofessional 3D printing platforms.
You will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver the right solution-fit, protect long-term partnerships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across healthcare and industrial segments
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts with structured follow-up and account plans
- Conduct product presentations, solution briefings, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate demos, evaluations, and proof-of-concepts with internal technical teams
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver consistent forecasting
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals while protecting margin and value
- Provide after-sales continuity by aligning stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills in English; confident in customer-facing discussions
- A proactive, disciplined, and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders from executives to end-users
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and follow through on commitments
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and translate them into customer value
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Work eligibility:Candidates must beSingapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
- Experience in B2B solution selling (medical, IT, engineering, industrial equipment)
- Familiarity with healthcare environments (radiology / clinics / hospitals)
- Exposure to 3D printing, manufacturing workflows, or technical products
- Experience with CRM usage, structured pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
