Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are a locally established aluminium door and window company providing customised solutions for residential and project-based customers. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support customer engagement, sales development, and marketing activities.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates, entry-level candidates, and mid-career individuals seeking a career switch, with structured on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Customer Engagement
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in channels
- Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting to identify and develop new customers
- Follow up on leads and assist with quotation preparation and sales closure
- Coordinate site measurement and installation schedules with internal operations teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
Marketing & Lead Generation Support
- Support lead generation activities through marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Assist in managing company social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Create simple marketing content and promotional materials (training provided)
- Update website and online platforms with product information and completed project photos
Sales Administration & Coordination
- Track and monitor leads through the sales pipeline
- Work closely with sales, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and basic performance reports
Training & Development
- Structured on-the-job training will be provided in:
Product knowledge (aluminium doors, windows, and related systems)
Sales techniques including cold calling, prospecting, and follow-up
CRM usage and sales administration
Basic digital marketing support
- Clear career progression opportunities into senior sales, marketing, or project coordination roles
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, Interior Design preferred)
- Open to fresh graduates and mid-career switchers
- Comfortable with outbound calls and engaging new customers
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, messaging platforms)
- Proficient in English ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for customer liaison
Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: Office-based with occasional site coordination
- Local candidates (Singapore Citizens / PRs) preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: SGD 2,200 - 2,800, commensurate with experience
- Monthly Performance Incentives: Up to SGD 300 - 500, based on lead generation and sales performance
