Job Summary
Drive business growth by generating sales leads and securing new retail and event clients. Lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and customer engagement in wellness & health food sector.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales leads to expand the retail and event client base and increase revenue opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with new retail and corporate clients to secure business growth
- Plan and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Coordinate logistics and engage customers during retail promotions, roadshows, and event activations to maximize participation and sales impact
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and inform strategic sales and marketing decisions
- Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports and post-event evaluations to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure sustainable growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated through client interactions and sales closures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to market research and campaign evaluation
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset to independently drive sales initiatives
- Willingness to work flexible hours during events to support sales and marketing activities
- Proficient in MS Office applications for reporting and communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in retail, events, exhibitions, or promotions to enhance campaign execution and client engagement
- Knowledge of digital marketing to support online brand presence and campaign strategies
