Job Scope & Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Artifactt, you will support thegrowth of our e-commerce presence, brand visibility, and trade salesrelationships (B2B). This role involves creative marketing, customerengagement, and developing new trade opportunities.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Trade Sales Development (B2B)

  • Identify and approach potential trade partners such as retailers, cafs, restaurants, gifting companies and interior stylists.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new B2B clients.
  • Prepare sales presentations, product decks and pricing proposals for trade customers.
  • Support order coordination, sample preparation and follow-ups with trade partners.
  • Conduct basic market research to spot trends, opportunities and relevant business leads.

E-commerce & Website

  • Manage and update the Shopify online store (product listings, descriptions, promotions, pricing).
  • Ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and XiaoHongShu.
  • Create and schedule creative, engaging content (posts, reels, videos).
  • Analyse basic performance metrics to optimise content and campaigns.

Content Creation & Design

  • Assist with photography and coordinate photoshoots with photographers.
  • Produce simple product photos and lifestyle content for social media.
  • Design marketing materials, including postcards, stickers, standees, and visual assets.

Brand, Retail & Events Support

  • Support offline events, pop-ups and fairs (including weekends or OT when required).
  • Engage customers and represent the brand professionally at events.

Requirements

Education & Eligibility

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Singaporean, Singapore PR or Malaysian.
  • Able to start immediately (preferred).

Skills & Experience

  • Experience not required training will be provided.
  • Good written and spoken English strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, XiaoHongShu).
  • Knowledge of design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc.) preferred.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to initiate communication and present ideas confidently.
  • Comfortable interacting with B2B clients and handling follow-ups professionally.
  • Basic photography and graphic design skills are an advantage.
