Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive (Marketing Assistant Manager) supports the company's marketing and business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role involves promoting the bistro's brand, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue through dine-in, catering, and event sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and secure corporate, event, and group bookings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations for potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and support business expansion plans.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media content, online advertising, and engagement tracking.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials (flyers, visuals, videos, online listings).
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new promotional opportunities.

Branding & Communication

  • Maintain consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with design or creative partners to enhance the restaurant's visual and online presence.
  • Support PR efforts, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign results, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Support management in planning and execution of special events and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or events, if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Knowledge of online delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
  • Understanding of local and migrant customer markets in Singapore.
