We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our growing team! You'll play a key role in managing both online and offline sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting our digital marketing efforts.
Sales & Customer Interaction
- Manage online sales on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Decathlon, and Begasso.sg
- Assist walk-in customers and provide first-contact support
- Convert inquiries into sales via WhatsApp, calls, or in-store interactions
- Handle appointments for servicing, store pickups, and deliveries
- Provide aftersales support and resolve customer issues
- Maintain showroom presentation for an excellent customer first impression
Orders & Inventory Management
- Create invoices for offline sales
- Manage e-commerce order data and fulfillment
- Oversee stock arrivals and coordinate deliveries
- Resolve order-related issues proactively
- Ensure bikes and accessories are prepared, wrapped, and delivered in pristine condition
Marketing & Content Creation
- Plan and manage social media posts and engagement
- Assist with weekly live streams on TikTok/Lazada
- Create and manage YouTube content, including scripting, filming, and uploading
- Represent the brand online through social media and live events
- Monitor online reviews and engagement, ensuring a positive brand presence
Requirements:
- Passion for cycling and the sports/outdoor lifestyle is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content and livestreams
