Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

Baccarat is seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and support our commercial and marketing activities in Singapore. This role is ideal for a junior profile looking to grow within the luxury retail environment, gaining hands-on experience across sales administration, client support, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

·       Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery follow-up

·       Update, maintain and analyse client and sales data, KPIs (CRM, Excel, internal systems)

·       Prepare sales reports and assist with stock and product tracking

·       Support customer inquiries and B2B accounts with day-to-day coordination

·       After-sales service coordination

·       Help prepare sales materials (presentations, product information, quotations)

·       Ad hoc meetings preparations and coordination

·       Liaise with sales, logistics, finance and retail teams

Marketing Coordination

·       Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, launches, retail activations and events

·       Coordinate production and distribution of marketing material

·       Prepare specific marketing & sales materials (presentations, product sheets, visuals...)

·       Assist with content coordination for social media, newsletters, and website updates

·       Manage timelines and asset deliverable for the different shopping malls and partners

·       Support event logistics, Public Relations and KOL gifting

·       Prepare marketing activation reports and analyse KPIs

·       Liaise with regional marketing team

Profile & Skills Requirements

·       Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales support, marketing, or retail coordination

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·       Attention to detail is a MUST

·       Good command of with Excel / Word / Powerpoint (CRM knowledge is a plus)

·       Creative mindset (thinking out of the box)

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Good understanding of high luxury standards

·       Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

·       Can work under pressure

Languages

·       English: fluent

·       Additional languages are a plus
