What You'll Do

  • Customer-facing support
    Respond to WhatsApp, phone, and walk-in enquiries quickly and warmly.
    Log new leads into our CRM and assign them to sales consultants.
    Send reminders, confirmations, and friendly follow-ups for customer interviews.
  • Interview & lead coordination
    Schedule employer-helper interviews.
    Prepare biodata packs and reminders so everything runs on time.
  • Marketing & digital support
    Create simple Canva visuals and captions for Instagram/Facebook.
    Help monitor online ads, track responses, and flag new leads.
  • Branch operations
    Assist with reception, basic admin tasks, and keeping daily office matters smooth.

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing and friendly - you enjoy chatting with people and keeping things moving.
  • Organised multitasker - able to juggle enquiries, reminders, and schedules without missing a beat.
  • Digitally comfortable - WhatsApp Business, Canva, and social media posting are second nature.
  • Fast learner - ready to pick up Airtable/CRM and other tools.
  • Languages: Strong English required. Bonus if you can handle Mandarin/Malay/Bahasa/Tagalog.
  • Experience in customer service, admin, or front-desk roles preferred - but motivated fresh grads are welcome.
