Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets

. Manage and supervise the sales team, including training and performance monitoring

. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients

. Prepare sales reports, forecasts and presentations for management

. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects

. Handle pricing discussions, quotations and contract negotiations with customers

Job Requirements

. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience

. Experience in a supervisory or sales management role is preferred

. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
