Sales Manager
Lead revenue growth and expand market share by winning new customers and growing key accounts in the industrial sector. This role owns the full sales cycle-from identifying opportunities to closing deals-while building long-term partnerships that drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding technical and commercial requirements.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and pre-sales technical support.
Manage tenders, negotiations, and contract agreements.
Drive sales projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of business development or account management experience (industrial products preferred).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven with a strong hunter mindset.
Singapore Class 3 driving license own vehicle preferred.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
