Job Description

Sales Manager

Lead revenue growth and expand market share by winning new customers and growing key accounts in the industrial sector. This role owns the full sales cycle-from identifying opportunities to closing deals-while building long-term partnerships that drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue and market share targets.

  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding technical and commercial requirements.

  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and pre-sales technical support.

  • Manage tenders, negotiations, and contract agreements.

  • Drive sales projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of business development or account management experience (industrial products preferred).

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven with a strong hunter mindset.

  • Singapore Class 3 driving license own vehicle preferred.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
