What You'll Do

Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy

Build and expand a client portfolio within the commodities and bullion trading ecosystem
Identify and engage prospects such as refineries, dealers, import/export firms, and supply chain stakeholders
Craft tailored logistics solutions for secure and time-sensitive airfreight movements
Lead proposal development and contract negotiations to secure new business

Logistics & Compliance Advisory

Provide expert guidance on documentation, customs procedures, and valuation for commodity shipments
Advise clients on airfreight security, insurance coverage, and international handling standards
Collaborate with operations and airline partners to ensure smooth and compliant cargo movement

Relationship Management

Serve as the key point of contact for commercial discussions and service delivery expectations
Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners across Southeast Asia and beyond
Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality and client satisfaction

Market Intelligence & Reporting

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
Minimum 35 years of experience in sales, account management, or logisticspreferably in airfreight or commodities
Solid understanding of the bullion and precious metals trade landscape
Possess with client network or industry connections in commodity trading
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Prior experience handling regulated high-value goods such as precious metals
Familiarity with IATA/ICAO regulations and airfreight security protocols
