Job Summary
Lead and coordinate local and regional sales operations, including promotions, budgeting, team hiring and training, and inventory management to drive sales growth and maintain distribution standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate local and regional sales activities to achieve sales volume and distribution targets
- Plan and direct the recruitment and training of new Sales Representatives to build a high-performing sales team
- Develop, approve, and manage sales budgets and expenditure projections to align with business goals
- Analyze sales statistics using key quantitative metrics to inform strategy and improve sales performance
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation
- Set discount rates and establish price schedules to optimize profitability and market competitiveness
- Advise distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency
- Manage inventory levels across all regional stores to support sales and minimize stock issues
