Track inventory levels and minimize shrinkage and wastage.
Maintain accurate stock and dispatch records.
Prepare nightly operational reports for senior management.
Coordinate urgent orders and manage last-minute changes.
5. Logistics & Coordination
Liaise with transport providers for timely loading and dispatch.
Ensure vehicles are loaded efficiently and safely.
Manage unexpected delays or supply chain disruptions.
