Manage the full sales cycle, including customer acquisition, proposal preparation, risk assessment, contract negotiation (with pricing approvals), and after-sales support, while assisting in order processing.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding clients technical requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts (orders received and invoiced) to support effective resource planning.
Keep all reporting systems up to date, including CRM, Installed Base/Volume records, Miller-Heimann tools, and call reports.
Oversee post-sales activities such as order processing, payment follow-ups, complaint handling, and coordination of technical services with the Applied Catalysts Technology team.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers in troubleshooting situations, including coordinating site services such as start-ups and shutdowns with technical support teams.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends.
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by direct or functional managers.
