Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Conduct regular customer visits to deliver sales presentations and promote products.
Maintain strong sales visibility through effective use of CRM systems, project tracking, and weekly reporting.
Meet assigned revenue and profit objectives.
Align sales activities with the company's overall business strategy.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Provide comprehensive sales and after-sales support in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Prepare and manage sales quotations using the ERPLN system.
Follow up on post-sales matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
Track quotation progress and manage sales forecasts.
Perform order screening and ensure accurate order processing in coordination with the PMO team.
Conduct market research and provide insights to the Head of Sales.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with ISO standards and internal procedures.
Support ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management or the Sales Manager.
Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Chemical, or related Engineering fields.
3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in process instrumentation, valves, automation, or similar industries.
Experience working in multinational companies within a matrix organization structure is an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively.
Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Established network within the process instrumentation and control industry is preferred.
Project sales experience is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ERPLN.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
