SALES MANAGER

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the signage and advertising display market.
• Manage key accounts, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of custom signage solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the signage, advertising etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends and public holidays
