About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager, Online Sales is to drive the sales business performance according to the Singapore business strategy and financial goals. Provide overall strategic leadership, coordination, and functional management of all sales activities for the Singapore business so that the business drives digital solutions sales and revenue growth.

The Senior Manager for Online Sales must provide strategic, and execution focus to current and prospective market segments in Singapore by leading in sales and strategy development to drive revenue and ensure profitability, champion operational excellence via data integrity management, drive pipeline and conversion of both white space and existing markets.

Lead an engaged and talented workforce while managing attrition and its impact to productivity and results and to actively represent the LexisNexis brand with our customers to ensure successful long-term growth in Singapore. Skilled in reporting to management and leadership, forecasting and sales excellence tools.

This position requires hands-on sales execution combined with effective coaching and management of business development and relationship management sales people. This person must be able to meet with customers and close deals themselves, on top of guiding and coaching their direct reports on a day-to-day basis to do the same.

Sales strategy, process, planning and execution drive sales and revenue growth, expand our share of the market and stimulate demand for new technology-based solutions that will drive revenue acceleration into new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a balanced long-term sales strategy to defend, grow, and expand digital subscription revenue while accelerating adoption of new and newly launched products.
  • Own the operating plan, including budgets and forecasts, and take full accountability for achieving sales targets and overall team performance.
  • Build, lead, and retain a high-performing sales organization through effective hiring, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, and attrition control.
  • Champion organizational policies, compliance requirements, and sales processes, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer and revenue objectives.
  • Drive sales excellence through continuous training, structured performance management, and scalable organizational models aligned to product and campaign priorities.
  • Forecast sales and revenue accurately across teams and individual contributors, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and execution.
  • Partner with product, marketing, operations, finance, content, and credit teams to shape product vision, sales messaging, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches end-to-end, ensuring coordinated execution, measurable ROI, and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and adjacent opportunities to refine positioning, anticipate change, and identify new growth avenues.

Requirements

  • Proven senior sales leadership experience in B2B, digital subscription, or solutions-based businesses
  • Strong track record in revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, and operating plan ownership
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Solid expertise in sales operations, incentives, performance metrics, and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated success leading go-to-market strategies and product launches with measurable ROI
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams
