SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Promote and sell travel packages, tours, flight arrangements, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel partners, and business clients.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and tourism services.
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common sales tools.
