As a Sales Manager, you will drive the commercial strategy for high-end technical service lines and spare parts. This role requires a professional who combines deep technical knowledge of engine components with the commercial acumen to secure high-value contracts and optimize regional market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new opportunities within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation domains.
- Drive growth specifically within the 2 & 4-stroke diesel engine spare parts business, leveraging a deep understanding of components and global supplier networks.
- Accountable for achieving predetermined sales targets while optimizing profit margins through strategic pricing and proposal management.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive sales forecasts, annual plans, and technical customer proposals for engine and machinery services.
- Develop and manage critical relationships with OEM manufacturers, Principals, and specialized suppliers.
- Share specialized knowledge and skills to train and coach the sales team in engine technologies and sales tactics.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO management systems across all departmental operations.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge and extensive experience in the 2 & 4-stroke diesel engine spare parts business and its global supplier landscape.
- Minimum 5-8 years in Business Development or Sales within the Marine Engine Service, Power Gen, or Offshore sectors.
- A strong history of good records and stability in previous roles. We are looking for a candidate who values professional longevity.
- Expert in sales forecasting, technical proposal drafting, and managing relationships with Technical Superintendents and Ship Managers.
- Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
