The Role
He/she will be responsible to manage sales accounts to drive business growth, and hunt and develop new revenue streams for EXEO Global's Managed IT Services.
Responsibilities:
- To maintain, nurture and grow relationships with existing and new clients / business partners. To drive business primarily in new accounts to achieve sales quota. To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure deals and follow through the delivery to make certain of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and engage clients to drive business growth
- Identify and build relationships with potential new clients and key decision makers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, account strategy and planning
- Understand customers needs, and prepare proposals and quotations for them
Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in sales/ account management role within IT industry
- Great communications skills via face-to-face communication, email and phone
- Work independently with good interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Prior regional exposure in the ICT space will be advantageous
