Job Description

Our client, a leading technology company specializing in digital transformation solutions for workplace safety and environmental management, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and oversee projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely, high-quality delivery. This role will be reporting to General Manager.

Responsibilities
- Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Gather client requirements during visits and prepare detailed requirement documents
- Coordinate between clients and internal engineering teams to ensure project success
- Manage contracts, project timelines, and deliverables
- Travel as required for client meetings and projects

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)
- Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- At least 2 years of IT sales & business development experience in AI/IoT software solutions or within the construction industry.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Possess a positive working attitude and willing to learn.
- Aggressive and results-oriented.

(Advantageous)
- Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Possess experience with government subsidy applications.
- Working experience in MNC, European or Japanese companies.
- Having hands-on digital marketing experience.
