1. JOB DESCRIPTION

-Direct and oversee the organization's sales, driving objectives and initiatives.

-Develop and implement strategies and programs to capture key customers.

-Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers and handle customer complaints and enquiries.-Improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

-Monitor market trends, competition activities, achieve sale targets and company goals.Job Requirements:-Preferably with 2 years of related sales experience in the manufacturing industry.

-Possess a good track record in meeting sales targets and objectives.

-Performance-driven and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative.

-Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.

-Possess a Class 3 driving license with own car.
