SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve sales targets

. Manage online sales channels, social media, e-commerce platforms, and customer inquiries

. Create and implement marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

. Coordinate with store operations to ensure stock availability and product quality

. Prepare sales reports and provide recommendations to management

. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key customers

Requirements

. Proven experience in sales, online sales, marketing, or retail management

. Experience in fresh produce, F&B, or fruit retail is an advantage

. Strong communication and negotiation skills

. Familiar with Malaysian fruits spupplying market

. Ability to develop and execute marketing plans independently

. Willing to work night shifts

. Results-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
