Job Description

Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and overall business objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share and identify new business opportunities
Oversee customer experience, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective handling of feedback and high service standards.
Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Coach and develop sales team members to improve product knowledge, selling skills and overall performance.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant local regulations.
Oversee showroom operations, ensuring proper product display, tidiness and cleanliness.

Job Requirements
- Possess minimum 2B License
- Proficient in Social Media platforms (IG, TikTok) , MS Office (Excel, Words)
- Familiar with motorcycles / local suppliers
- Excellent communication, problem solving, abilities and negotiation skills
- Self driven, highly motivated and good team player
- Able to work within tight schedules
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills to provide better value added services to customers that differentiates the company from competitors
