Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales goals/quotas, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.
- Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, report to leadership, and adjust tactics as needed.
- Customer & Market Focus: Build client relationships, negotiate contracts, identify new opportunities, and understand market trends.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams on campaigns, messaging, and service models.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, often with prior management/leadership.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of products/services and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
