Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager, responsible for developing and managing sales for one of our portfolio companies, primarily in the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.

This role will work closely with multiple business units to drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships, and establish strong market presence across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across commercial, retail, and hospitality markets

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, including corporate, property, retail, and hospitality clients

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and key accounts

  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and proposal negotiations

2. Account & Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers, including property managers, mall operators, hotel groups, and commercial developers

  • Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling

  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction

3. Portfolio & Cross-Selling

  • Promote and cross-sell products across the portfolio to maximise customer value

  • Identify opportunities where clients can benefit from multiple offerings within the group

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management

  • Contribute insights to pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies


Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience

  • Proven background in commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors (e.g. malls, offices, hotels, F&B chains, property groups, facilities management)

  • Track record of closing mid- to large-value deals and managing key accounts

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision makers

  • Commercially astute, with strong understanding of solution-based selling

  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
