Lead and manage the sales function for construction projects, including Interior Design and/or Solar solutions
Develop, maintain, and grow a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction
Drive sales strategies, pricing, and proposals to achieve revenue and growth targets
Act as the key point of contact for clients from initial enquiry to project handover, working closely with design, project, and operations teams
Conduct regular sales performance reviews, forecasting, and pipeline analysis
Represent the company in business development activities, marketing events, exhibitions, and networking sessions
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Manage and support ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Strong understanding of construction sales, preferably in Interior Design and/or Solar industry
Solid knowledge of construction processes, costing, contracts, and project timelines
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
Fluent in written and spoken English proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to inspire and lead a sales team
Good awareness of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in construction, Interior Design, Solar, or related industries
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Experience managing key accounts and handling mid to large-scale projects
Prior team leadership experience will be an advantage
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or related fields
Relevant sales or industry certifications will be an added advantage
