Job Description

We are partnering with a global technology solutions provider to hire Sales Managers to drive growth across enterprise and mid‑market customers within FSI, Data Center, Logistics, and Healthcare. These roles focus on selling end‑to‑end network and infrastructure solutions, supported by strong vendor alliances and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and account growth within assigned industries and territories
  • Build and own relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and C‑suite executives
  • Position and sell infrastructure, networking, and enterprise technology solutions
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including opportunity development, tender responses, and deal closure
  • Identify and penetrate new accounts while expanding wallet share in existing customers
  • Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and alliance teams
  • Represent the organization as a trusted advisor to customers across technical and commercial discussions
  • Execute sector-focused strategies across banking, financial services, data centers, logistics, and healthcare
  • Navigate complex customer environments and multi‑stakeholder decision processes
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B technology sales within enterprise or mid‑market segments
  • Background selling network, data center, or infrastructure solutions
  • Familiarity with Juniper networking solutions; exposure to HPE or similar OEMs is advantageous
  • Experience managing 5-7 key accounts and participating in formal tenders or RFPs
  • Strong capability in both hunting new opportunities and managing long‑term client relationships
  • Confident communicator able to engage credibly with senior and executive‑level stakeholders
  • Track record working with regulated or complex industries such as FSI, healthcare, or logistics
  • Commercially driven, self‑motivated, and outcome‑focused
  • Experience from global system integrators or technology services firms is a plus
