Our Client is Looking for Business Development Manager (IT Managed Services & System Integration)
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Drive sales across a portfolio of IT solutions, including managed services, IT outsourcing, and infrastructure projects
- Plan and execute go-to-market activities such as campaigns, client engagements, and industry events
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, preparing customized proposals and commercial quotations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term client retention and account growth
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B IT sales within a system integrator, managed services provider, or IT solutions environment
- Proven track record in selling complex IT solutions, such as infrastructure, datacenter technologies, cloud, or enterprise systems
- Existing network within Singapore's SMB or mid-market segment is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales approaches
- Ability to quickly adapt to internal processes and align with both technical and commercial teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
Additional Information
- Exposure to both project-based and recurring revenue models will be beneficial
- Ideal candidates will have experience selling bundled IT solutions combining infrastructure and managed services
