We are hiring a pure hunter IT Sales Manager to drive net‑new customer acquisition. This role is 100% new business focused and ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and closing complex IT deals.
This position is not an account management or farming role. The successful candidate will focus exclusively on identifying, pursuing, and closing new logos, preferably with prior experience in an IT System Integrator (SI) or IT Services environment.
Key Responsibilities
New Logo Acquisition (100% Hunter)
- Identify, prospect, and secure net‑new enterprise and commercial clients.
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, personal networks, events, and proactive prospecting.
- Own new‑business revenue targets and close deals independently.
End‑to‑End Sales Ownership
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure:
- Prospecting & qualification
- Discovery & requirements gathering
- Solution positioning with pre‑sales
- Proposal, pricing, negotiation, and contract close
- Hand over closed deals to delivery teams.
Consultative IT Solution Selling
- Sell system integration, IT infrastructure, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Engage with C‑level and senior decision‑makers (CIO, CTO, COO, IT Directors).
Market Development
- Actively develop new opportunities within assigned industries or territories.
- Maintain strong awareness of competitor offerings, market trends, and client pain points.
Sales Discipline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline, deal stages, and forecasting in CRM.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, deal progress, and close probability.
Required Experience & Profile
Sales Experience
- 5+ years of B2B IT sales experience focused on new business development.
- Mandatory background in an IT System Integrator, MSP, or IT Services company.
- Proven track record of closing net‑new logos and exceeding sales targets.
