Principal Responsibilities
- Business
- Monitor sales and margin performance on a monthly basis. Identifies deviations and delivers mitigation plans to improve performance. Manage and improve sales and profitability based on actual vs. budget
- Establish and build relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Identify new targets or projects and follow through opportunity including developing of proposals and contract terms for new accounts
- Coordinate with Marketing / CSC/ Deliver / Production team for delivery schedule and product availability.
- Monitor competitors, understand their strengths and weaknesses (share, cost positions etc), and expected/typical behavior. Gather market intelligence and develop plans to secure business over competition
- Build and justify investment case for new or existing customers
- Administrative functions
- Provide sales forecasts for monthly planning and yearly budgeting process.
- Provide sales activity plan and review with Line manager on weekly basis.
- Provide monthly report.
- Monitor and reduce DSO of PGP accounts
- Country Marketing - to align product allocation strategies
- Country Customer Service -to jointly work on customers orders and updates
- Country Bulk Production - to ensure support from inter-departments and effective execution of plans and strategies
- CES - to jointly work on new installation/modification job
