Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans for Re-engagement company lapse / lost accounts, identify client change
• Developing strategies to expand business opportunities within existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities
• Participate in RFQ submission for Contract Logistics projects
• Directing and coordinating sales activities locally and regionally
• Developing and maintaining relationship with key account customers, meeting with potential customers and address their needs by providing solutions
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding our services for Air / Sea freight and Contract Logistics matters
• Handle Sales enquiry and quotations / Attending to sales leads
• Overseeing the sales/operations activities to fulfil customer requirement
• Developing new business, identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, promote our services to customers
• Updating sales forces with potential list and pipeline
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the Head of Sales

Your Profile
