We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Channel Sales Manager experienced in spearheading expansion across the Asia Pacific region for one of our global clients.
The ideal candidate should be a proactive, mid-level professional with B2B experience and a knack for influencing internal stakeholders to drive revenue. He/She should be a self-starter who can turn high-level strategy into local execution, managing complex pipelines and packaging solutions for sectors like medical or construction. Most importantly, the candidate must be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced regional role that requires both a global mindset and a customer-focused, quality-driven approach.
Reporting to the Global Market Access Director, the role will involve acting as the bridge between global vision and local execution, working hand-in-hand with internal business lines to identify high-opportunity sectors and deliver integrated solutions. The candidate will thrive if he/she is a proactive relationship-builder who can navigate complex organizational structures and turn strategic priorities into tangible revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various business units.
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth against defined targets, with emphasis on high-potential sectors and cross-functional collaboration.
- Execute go-to-market strategies and translate GMA/channel priorities into actionable plans.
- Develop and tailor integrated solutions for key industries such as medical devices, electrical, consumer products, and construction.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular reporting on progress and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C environments.
- Experience in sales operations and executing strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the TIC industry and Intertek's service lines, particularly within APAC
- Established network or client relationships within the Asia Pacific region
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, complex, and sometimes ambiguous environments. proactive and self-motivated.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on quality and service delivery.
- Willingness to travel as required and collaborate across global time zones.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
