- Arrange and conduct employer-helper interviews.
- Facilitate communication between employers and candidates.
- Assess candidates based on experience, skills, personality and job requirements.
- Match suitable MDW/APS helpers to employers.
3. APS Recruitment
- Recruit and source suitable APS helpers through various channels.
- Screen applicants and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Assess candidates skills, experience, attitude and suitability for APS placement.
- Maintain and develop a pool of qualified APS candidates.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding requirements.
- Work with the operations/recruitment team to ensure candidates are ready for placement.
4. Sales & Closing
- Follow up with leads and prospective employers.
- Convert enquiries and interviews into successful placements.
- Handle objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
- Close MDW and APS placement cases.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
5. After-Sales & Customer Relationship
- Follow up with employers after placement.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing employers.
- Generate referrals and repeat business.
6. Team Management
- Lead, coach and motivate sales staff.
- Set sales and placement targets.
- Monitor individual team performance and conversion rates.
- Train staff on counselling, interviewing, matching and closing techniques.
7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track enquiries, interviews, placements, recruitment and conversion rates.
- Monitor APS recruitment pipeline and candidate availability.
- Report sales performance, market trends and operational issues to management
